Damien Rice has 9 crimes?

I would have rather posted “The Blower’s daughter” but this song is more recent, and therefore, more relevant. I would like this song much more if the piano track wasn’t a digital fabrication of a piano. It’s a good fabrication, but still, I can tell the timbre of a real piano versus something digital most days.

That said, this is still a great song. The incredibly soft, deep bass drum notes were an excellent addition.

    I cannot even begin to express how much I love Damien Rice. I’ve not really heard much off of 9, but I’ve listened to O once every week or so since it came out.

    I don’t really have any wise words to contribute. I just love Damien Rice. :)

    i dont think thats the demo, thats the actualy song.

    the demo does not feature the female vocalist and is played on guitar not piano.

    still a great song.

    I’m pretty sure the woman is Lisa Hannigan, an Irish singer. I don’t know that she does solo work, but she sings a lot with Damien Rice and has an excellent song with Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol.
